Rules & Regulations

  • Children who have completed the age of 3 years are eligible for admission in L.K.G. and those who have completed 5 years are eligible for First Standard.
  • The Birth Certificate should accompany the application form.
  • Children coming from other schools will have to produce Transfer Certificate and Birth Certificate.
  • Each student should bring this handbook to the school everyday.
  • Students should wear neat uniforms. Boys should see that their hair is trimmed at regular intervals.
  • All students should take part in the prayer assembly without fail.
  • Late comers will not be admitted into the class without the written permission of the Principal.

  • Leave letters should be sent with the signature of the parents.
  • After 10 days of continual absence without permission the absentee's name will be struck off from the rolls.
  • Any damage caused to school property by a student must be made good by the parent.
  • Parents or relatives are not allowed to meet the children or the teachers during school hours. If necessary they are allowed to do so with the permission of the Principal.
  • Parents should contact the Principal only.
  • No student may leave the campus during school hours without the permission of the Principal.
  • It is the duty of the parents to see whether their children are doing the Home work daily.
  • Parents are requested to pay the fees for every term on time. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
  • Parents are requested to read the above regulations carefully and to ensure that their children abide by them.
  • Students will not be allowed to sit for an examination if fees have not been paid up fully.
  • Promotion to the next class is given on the basis of the year's work. Hence the stress on regularity examination marks, home work and attendance. The final examination confirms the effort of the pupil.

Note: Children must not wear Gold Ornaments.
