Attendance will be taken in the morning and afternoon. Pupil who are not present at each roll call will be marked absent for that session.

Punctuality and regular attendance are essential. Leave of absence must be secured by a letter signed by the parents or guardians before it is availed. Students who take leave without permission will not be allowed to sit in the classroom.

The names of those who absent for more than two weeks, will be scored out of the roll. They will be re-admitted only on payment of a re-admission fee of Rs.1000/-. In case of long absence owing to illness, the parent or the guardian should inform the Principal / Headmaster of the fact as early as possible and then produce a medical certificate at the time of the child's rejoining.
